The Psychic Experience with Matthew Stapley: Kingston

In 2009, while on a yoga retreat with my daughter’s yoga studio, a Peruvian Shaman from Machu Picchu conducted a Wachuma* ceremony and his comments to me were “you need to meditate to get rid of the junk in your head, too much junk”. So my spiritual journey began!

Each ceremony with Wachuma produces a gental yet profound shift in consciousness, helping us to cleanse and heal the wounds of the past while opening us to a more heart centered and conscious way of being.

Within a couple of weeks I found myself sitting in silence for 3 days doing a cleanse and silent retreat in an attempt to clear my mind. Those who know me would find this personal commitment monumental!

It was during a visit to Herb Fest that I was introduced to Matt and Tristan and my first spiritual reading with crystals. They advised me to hold on because I was about to embark on a very fast journey. Well, no truer words were spoken. I have opened myself up to several modalities and experiences, work shops and spiritual weekends. I have been introduced to my very lively spirit guide whose energy is even a bit greater than mine! An introduction to 7 of my past lives has given me an insight into who I am today.
